44. Watch ten classic movies I’ve never seen

I’ve watched a lot of movies in my life so far, but truth be told, I haven’t really watched any of the movies you have to watch. The classics. The ones everybody knows.

I’m kidding, of course. Although, maybe only a bit. I do think there’s some movies that many many people have watched and thus would be called classics, but I don’t think anyway should have to watch a movie only because it’s considered a classic. But I also don’t think there’s anything wrong with me wanting to watch some movies that could be called classics. Not because I think I should, or because I think I might be missing out on something special if I don’t, but because I think it’s fun. I tried Googling a list of the best classic movies  and I found this Rotten Tomatoes site. It seems like a decent list, I recognise a couple movies on here and I think it could have fun watching these movies. I also really want to watch Kill Bill and The Godfather, though.

  1. The Wizard of Oz (1939)
  2. Citizen Kane (1941)
  3. The Third Man (1949)
  4. Das Cabinet des dr. Caligari (1920)
  5. All About Eve (1950)
  6. Metropolis (1927)
  7. Modern Times (1936)
  8. It Happened One Night (1934)
  9. Singin’ in the Rain (1952)
  10. Casablanca (1942)
